I've been strength training for the past 5 years--I've tried every type of pre-workout, intra-workout, and post-workout supplement imaginable to try and break through plateaus and get a little stronger. Here's what I have noticed since using DF18: (1) focus+power. My ability to maintain mental focus while unleashing the strength ""monster"" was immediately apparent with DF18. (2) more reps at heavy weight. Typically, I start lifting heavy sets and then dial down the weight when fatigue sets in. This is a game-changer. On DF18, I have been able to lift, consistently, 6 days a week, instead of 4-5 days. All in all, DF18 isn't just the real deal...it's the holy grail for weight lifters.”
